This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned communication passed by the second respondent dated 12.12.2018 and consequently direct the second respondent to grant loan to the petitioner on the basis of the provisional sanction dated 26.11.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
