The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to hold an enquiry and proceed with the petitioners complaint, dated 16.09.2020, in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents, on instructions, would submit that upon complaint dated 16.09.2020, given by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent herein registered a case in Crime No.373 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 448, 436, 379 and 506(i) of IPC., and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act. The said submission is recorded.
4. Therefore, it is made clear that the representation given by the petitioner dated 16.09.2020 had already been considered by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.13143 of 2020 2nd respondent police, no further order is necessary in this application.
5. Therefore, with the above observation, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
