This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to expedite the investigation and to include the petitioner's name and his daughter name in the list of Victims/depositors/witness in Cr.No.3 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd Respondent Police based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 15.04.2025 and record the statement under Section 161(3) of Criminal procedure code.

2.According to the petitioner, based on the complaint given by one of the victim, the case has been registered by the 2nd respondent police. He is also one of the victim in Cr.No.3 of 2023. Therefore, the petitioner's name and his daughter name have to be included as one of the victim in this case. In this regard, he has sent a representation to the respondent police on 15.04.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that they have received the complaint of the petitioner, dated 15.04.2025 to include the petitioner and his daughter as one of the victim in Cr.No.3 of 2023 and the same is under consideration. They will consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and the representation of the petitioner is pending with the 2nd respondent, this Court hereby direct the 2nd respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of this order, in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
