ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offences under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 in Crime number 48 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 1.100 kg of Ganja
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any such offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner is involved in 13 previous cases of similar nature.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations against the petitioner and the submission of the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is involved in 13 previous case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and this petition is dismissed.
