ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of free patta for two acres of land. He had already given a representation in this regard. Since it was not considered, this writ petition came to be filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the official respondents proposed to reject the petitioner's request. If that be so, then a formal order has to be passed for the petition mentioned representation and also communicated to the writ petitioner so that he can question the same in the manner known to law.

4. The third respondent is directed to pass order in this regard within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
