Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.G.ANTO PRINCE, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.M.P.((MD No.4678 of 2024 in Crl.O.P 1/3

(MD)No.1544 of 2024, dated 24.04.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He further submits that investigation in this case has been completed and final report has also been filed, which is taken on file by the concerned Special Court in Spl.S.C.No.22 of 2024.

3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.((MD)No.4678 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1544 of 2024, dated 24.04.2024 is relaxed. sd/- 11/06/2024 / TRUE COPY / /06/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.I /II /III /IV ) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
