ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on completion of investigation, FIR has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.257 of 2021, dated 27.07.2021 and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.63 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti and he is facing trial.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed.
