PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to cancel the impugned patta No.4 issued by 4th respond1 in favour of 6th respondent and his men and consequently restore the survey No.87 situated in Themmapattu Village Nos.57, 58, 59 Thiruppathur Village & Taluk, Sivagangai District as "Ponnachi Yendal" in all the revenue records and maintain the same as water body for ever.
