Heard Mr.S.Sarvagan Prabhu, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2.The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent, the competent authority to complete the pending enquiry in Na.Ka.No.19083/2022/A6 dated 02.12.2022 and to consequently issue joint patta.
3.Considering the limited relief sought for, it would suffice to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the first respondent to conclude the pending enquiry before him and pass final orders, after 2/5
affording an opportunity to all the interested parties. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
