This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order passed by the first respondent dated 10.07.2019 and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Notary Public.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
