This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no. 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on petitioner's Page No. 1 of 4

complaint dated 26.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, he sent the complaint dated 26.02.2025 to the second respondent police , but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, already they registered a F.I.R in Crime No.16 of 2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

4. Since the petitioner's complaint was already considered and F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.16 of 2025, no further order is required to be pass in this case. In view of the same, this writ petition is closed.
