The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to furnish the information sought for by the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, 2005, as per the order passed by the first respondent dated 14.11.2024.
2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the information sought for by the petitioner was furnished to him by communication of the third respondent dated 03.07.2025 in his
proceedings in Na.Ka.No.205/2023.
3.The said statement is recorded. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
