The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.154 of 2024, within a time frame.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the accused, namely Manimaran died on 07.01.2025. Final report filed and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.2221 of 2024 and after reporting that the accused was dead, the charge against the accused was ordered to be abated, on 24.03.2025. 2/4

3.Recording the said submissions, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
