Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The sixth respondent had issued the tender notification dated 05.09.2020 for carrying out certain road works. The tender value is said to be Rs.85,00,000/- (Rupees Eighty Five Lakhs Only). The petitioner is a registered contractor. The petitioner wants the evaluation proceedings to be duly videographed. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the sixth respondent states that the proceedings will be duly covered in the CCTV installed in the office of the sixth respondent. I make it clear that the sixth respondent must ensure that the CCTV is in working condition and that it captures all the proceedings faithfully and truthfully.
4.Recording the undertaking of the sixth respondent given through the learned Government Advocate and with the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
