This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and not to call him at all in the future since in the First Information No.458 of 2018 there is no mention of the petitioner's name but different person by name Singaraj S/o. Vanam has been mentioned.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no case has been registered against the petitioner and further would submit that no investigation is pending against the petitioner.
