PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to impugned Order in Na.Ka.No.15157/2020/TCP-6 dated 19.03.2021 on the file of the 1st respondent and the consequential order in Na.Ka.No.1122/2020/Thuma-2 dated 27.04.2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate appropriate action for unauthorized construction made by the 5th respondent within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent would submit that building plan permission was duly granted by the competent authority ie., the petitioner, when she was holding the post of President of Pandavarmangalam Panchayat. He has also submitted a copy of the building approval order issued by the petitioner dated 28.07.2021. 2/4

2.When the petitioner herself has granted building plan permission, when she was holding the post of President of Pandavarmangalam Panchayat, this Writ Petition became unnecessary. Thus, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
