Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.ABUL KALAM AZAD, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17922 of 2018, dated 08.10.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17922 of 2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru daily at 10.30 a.m untif further orders.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is modified.
