Prayer :- Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed Under Section 226 of Indian Constitution to extent the time to comply with the orders made in WP(MD).No.2353 of 2024 . Prayer in WP(MD). 2353/ 2024 :
Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant 3 months time to vacate the petitioner company showroom installed at 2/739, Gomathipuram 6th Main Road, Sivagangai Road, Madurai and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case . ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. F.Deepak, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. B.Senthil Kumar For R1 and R2,And A.Srinivasan For R3, this Court made the following order: Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.
W.P(MD)No.2353 of 2024 filed by the petitioner was disposed of on 27.02.2024 in the following terms:
''3.The learned counsel for the respondent bank submits that though the petitioner has filed an affidavit undertaking to vacate the subject premises, he has not mentioned anything about handing over the possession of the subject property to the respondent bank.
4.In view of the undertaking affidavit filed by the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to vacate the subject premises on or before 27.04.2024, failing which the respondent bank is entitled to take possession of the subject property on 28.04.2024 without issuing any further notice to the petitioner.'' 3.
The petitioner now seeks further time to comply with the undertaking. We grant eight weeks from today. We make it clear that further extension of time will not be granted.

This petition is disposed of accordingly.
