O R D E R
The petitioner based on a registered partition deed and allotment of separate property in favour the petitioner, has sought for survey to be conducted. The purpose of survey has been set out in the affidavit as to the survey numbers.407/5, 407/6 and 407/24 not being available in the village records and only for such purposes, the petitioner has applied for survey to be conducted and boundaries to be demarcated and fixed.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. In the light of the above, the 2nd respondent with the assistance of the 3rd respondent, is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 21.10.2024 as well as 28.11.2024 and fix the anomaly with regard to three survey numbers, namely 407/5, 407/6 and 407/24, not being reflected in the village records and shall thereafter subject to the measures taken for the identity 2/4
of the said survey numbers, the application of the petitioner shall be accordingly disposed of. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
