Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner owns the petition mentioned plot. It is located under a running high tension line. For putting up construction, NOC is required.

3. The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh application before the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent will conduct spot inspection. The fourth respondent shall suggest appropriate ways and means and also stipulate relevant conditions regarding construction. Final order on merits and in accordance with law will be passed by the 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.11776 OF 2024 fourth respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of submission of application by the petitioner herein. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
