To Suspend the sentence imposed on the Petitioners in CC.No.34/2013 by Judgement dated 30.3.2023 passed by the Court of Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Madurai and release the Petitioners on bail, pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeals.

ORDER

These petitions are filed to suspend the sentence imposed by the Trial Court on the petitioners in C.C.No.34 of 2013, dated 30.03.2023.

2.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on records. 3.Considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.

4. It is reported that the petitioners are in jail for more than three years.
