Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent police to file Final Report in Crime No.892 of 2019 dated 19.12.2019 of Natham Police Station Dindigul District within a time to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to file Final Report in Crime No.892 of 2019 dated 19.12.2019 of Natham Police Station Dindigul District within a time to be fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that totally 32 witnesses have been examined and waiting to receive Viscera Report. Initially, the case has been registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C and later it was altered to Section 306 IPC and he would request a month time to file the Final Report.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, a direction is issued to the respondent herein to complete the investigation in Crime No.892 of 2019 of Natham Police Station, Dindigul District and file a Final Report within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
