This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent bank to permit the petitioner to operate his saving bank Account No.094263300000253 based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after filing of this petition, the bank officials have de-freezed the account and the petitioner is now operating the same.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
