quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or detenu, namely, Dinesh Kumar, S/o.Malaiarasan, aged about 24 years, now detained at Central Prison, Madurai before this Court and set him at liberty. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.2354, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department dated 04.05.2023, submitted that the detention order has been revoked. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
