Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.291 of 2021 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.15034 of 2020 dated 25.01.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 08.02.2021, without fail.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 08.02.2021.
