This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 and 2 to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2025 and consequently, to direct the 3rd respondent to handover the keys of the Temple, namely, Arulmigu Ponmadasamy Temple and Arulmigu Sri Seelaikaraiamman Temple to the Poosari as per the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.6688 of 2023 dated 21.04.2023.

2. According to the petitioner, he sent the complaint dated 15.04.2025 respondents, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the 2nd respondent has forwarded the petitioner's complaint to the Revenue Divisional Officer [RDO], Kovilpatti for taking appropriate action. Page No. 2 of 4

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that the petitioner's complaint is pending with the Revenue Divisional Officer [RDO], Kovilpatti.

5. Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that 2nd respondent has forwarded the petitioner's complaint to the Revenue Divisional Officer [RDO], Kovilpatti for taking appropriate action and the same is pending, this Court directs Revenue Divisional Officer [RDO], Kovilpatti to conduct appropriate enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law after affording opportunity to both the parties, within a period of one month from the date of this order.
