PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned notification issued by the Second Respondent in "Dhinamalar" Daily News Paper in his proceedings No.Nil dated 28.03.2019 convening General Body Meeting on 21.04.2019 or any other subsequent date and quash the same as illegal.
