ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side have made a statement before this Court that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, pending writ petition, the third respondent has cancelled the impugned transfer order.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in 2/4

this Writ petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
