Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.ARPUTHARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Avocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on them in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8931 of 2021, dated 08.07.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions from 17.07.2021. 3.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 17.07.2021.
