Pleased to call for the recordes of the Learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, (FTC), Theni dated 24.07.2018 made in Crl.A.No.7 of 2018 and to set aside the same by allowing the Criminal Revision and to restore the Judgment of acquittal made in STC No. 20 of 2017 dated 21.12.2017 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Uthamapalayam. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SUNDARAPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1219 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD).No.37 of 2019 on 12.02.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
