When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14205 of 202 dated 23.09.2021 has been complied with and final report was filed as "Mistake of Fact" before the concerned Court. He would further submit that RCS Notice was also served on the petitioner.
