ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming up for hearing on the day under the Caption 'for extension of time' and upon perusing the earlier order of this court, and letter in D.No.427/MC/2021, dated 30.03.2021 received from Judicial Magistrate No. II, Thanjavur has seeking further Two Months time to dispose the case, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.414 of 2012. 2.This Court has already allowed the Criminal Original Petition, by order dated 29.09.2020 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.414 of 2012, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the Court below requests further time of two months to dispose of the said case.

3.Due to pandemic period, Court has been closed. On this ground, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in C.C.No.414 of 2012.
