This petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner along with the third Respondent to survey the lands measuring 10.14.5 Hectares in Survey No.225/1A situated at Melur Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukottai District.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the official respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the above mentioned property having acquired title and possession through his ancestors. He would submit that the respondents 3 to 5 are interfering with the possession and preventing him to survey the lands. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that rival claims are pending between the parties and that on

the representation given by the petitioner on 10.10.2018, the second respondent summoned the respondents 3 to 5 and that the second respondent would conduct an enquiry.

5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed and the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in accordance with law. After the enquiry, if it is found that the respondents 3 to 5 are interfering, the second respondent shall proceed further in accordance with law.
