PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute subjudice in the partition between petitioner and the 4th respondent and thereby not to harass the under guise of enquiry for the false complaint of the 4th respondent.
