ORDER

The petitioner is a retired Teacher. The petitioner with a grievance that the terminal benefits have not been settled to her has filed this writ petition.

2.When this writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submits that there was some due from the petitioner towards the society loan availed by her. Therefore, the benefits of this petitioner were withheld and now it has been settled on 02.12.2024 based on the undertaking of the petitioner dated 27.12.2022. 2/4
