Respondent / Complainant Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by the Honble Court that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court daily i.e., Morning at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP(MD)No.5369 of 2023 dated 29.03.2023 into appear before the respondent police monthly once.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MS.TAMILVANAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN,Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.5369 of 2023, dated 29.03.2023.

2. On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the the petitioner has complied with the condition from 17.04.2023 to 04.05.2023. Charge sheet was filed and trial is also going on. Now, the petitioner is admitted in a Hospital at Tirunelveli, due to his ill health and hence he could not comply with the condition any further. Hence, he prays that the condition imposed on him may be modified.
