ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's peaceful life and liberty, life threat made by the 4th respondent on the basis of the C.S.R.No.815 of 2022 dated 20.12.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the fourth respondent is causing life threat and hence, the petitioner seeks police protection.

3.Mr.S.Manikandan, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner is the defacto complainant and she has not co operated for the enquiry.

4.In view of the aforesaid submission, the respondent police is hereby directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to provide protection till the enquiry is over.

5.With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
