ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner and the fifth respondent are brothers. The petitioner is aggrieved by the name transfer. It appears that the electricity connection was standing in the name of Muthusamy Naidu, the father of the fifth respondent and the petitioner. The petitioner alleges that the fifth respondent surreptitiously and illegally changed the name in his favour. I do not want to go into the controversy for the present. It appears that partition suit is pending between the parties in O.S.No.37 of 2012 on the file of III Additional Sub Court, Maduri. The rights of the parties will abide by the final outcome of the partition suit proceedings. No direction needs to be issued. 2/4
