ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer investigation of the case in Cr No.340 of 2020, pending on the file of the seventh respondent police to any other independent agency or C.B.C.I.D Officer under the direct supervision of the respondents 4 and 5 and further to file the final report in the said case within a reasonable time period to be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the accused persons admitted their guilty in Crime No.340 of 2020 and paid fine on 12.10.2021, before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi.

3.Therefore, at this stage transfer of investigation does not arise and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
