ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2021 for providing adequate police protection to the petitioner for surveying the land property situated in Survey No.1264/1, with an extent of 81 Ares, Viduthalai Nagar, Kookkal Village, Kodaikkanal Taluk, Dindigul District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10186 of 2021 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaints before the respondent police on 18.06.2019 and 05.09.2019 and the same is still pending.

3.Considering the above, third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaints dated 18.06.2019 and 05.09.2019, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
