of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction the pension from the date of retirement of the petitioner ie., from 30.04.2016 and further direct them to pay the arrear amount of pension between the period of 30.04.2016 and 07.08.2017 along with interest at the rate of 18 percent to the petitioner within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court.
