(This petition is heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given against the petitioner enquiry has been undertaken in CSR No.382 of 2021 and it was closed on 31.03.2021, directing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10266 of 2021 parties to workout their remedy through proper civil proceedings. 3.The learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that this petitioner has purchased a vehicle by getting loan from a private finance company. In that loan the third respondent has given surety. Since the same was not refunded, the finance company announced the third respondent as a debtor. He has not obtained any loan for his own purpose.

4.It appears it is a dispute with regard to the payment of the due amount of vehicle. It is purely money transaction dispute between the parties. Hence, question of police protection may not arise. The third respondent has to workout his remedy through proper proceedings.
