Prayer :- Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw the G.W.O.P. No.37 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli and transfer the same to the file of Learned Principal District Judge,Dindigul.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof, the Order of this Court dated 10/058/2022 made in TR CMP(MD) No.308 of 2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge,Dindigul, vide in D.No.9720/2023, dated 18/10/2023, this Court made the following order: Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2.It is seen from the records that this Court, vide order dated 10.08.2022, directed the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul to dispose of the petition in GWOP.No.37 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of that order and subsequently, at the request of the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul, three months further time was granted vide order dated 15.06.2023. 3.Now the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul, has submitted a requisition dated 18.10.2023 stating that the case could not be disposed of within the stipulated time and seeks three months further time.

4.Considering the reasons assigned, the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul, is hereby directed to dispose of the petition in GWOP.No.37 of 2021 within a period of three months from today (10.11.2023).
