PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 15/2023 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- By the order dated 17.05.2023, this Court granted bail to the petitioner. While passing the order, the matter was referred to Sub Registrar, Kodaikanal for enquiry. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the competent authority 1/3

is the District Registrar, Kodaikanal. Hence, the matter was forwarded to the District Registrar, for enquiry.

2.In view of the above said development, the interim bail already granted to this petitioner on 17.05.2023, is hereby made absolute.
