2. When these petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the Presiding Officer has been 2/4

transferred to another Court and now, the petitioners are not having any grievance. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioners is not pressing these petitions. An endorsement has also been made to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, both the Criminal Original Petitions are closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
