The grievance of the petitioner is that the patta reflects a lesser extent than what is actually found on the site and hence, the petitioner has made a representation on 04.03.2025 seeking necessary corrections to be carried out.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 04.03.2025 conduct due enquiry, if necessary, after giving an opportunity by way of personal hearing and also carry out physical inspection and pass final orders, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
