ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.445 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent to third respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that investigation in Crime No.445 of 2024 has been completed and closure report has also been filed before the trial Court. Therefore, transfer of investigation does not arise. Hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

3. Since the prayer sought for in this petition is, to transfer the investigation in Crime No.445 of 2024 and investigation in Crime No.445 of 2024 has been completed and closure report has also been filed, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this 2/4

Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved.
