ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant is a practising Doctor and running a Clinic in the name and style of S S Poly Clinic. In order to get PG seat in Ramachandra University after writing NEET for his son, the de-facto complainant approached the petitioners and gave a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thereafter the petitioners neither got PG seat nor returned the money. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocents and they are in no way connected with the offence, but they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submit that the petitioners are ready to co-operate for the investigation.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent strongly opposed this petition on the ground that investigation in this case is yet to be completed.

5.Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
