ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i) I.P.C and Section 9(n), 9(1) and 10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, in Crime No.08 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is none other than the father of the defacto complainant. When the defacto complainant was minor and attained the puberty, the petitioner attempted to misbehave with her. He continuously giving sexual harassment and the defacto complainant refused to have sexual relationship with the petitioner. Due to that, the petitioner pulled her into the drainage. Thereby, she sustained injuries. Even, after her marriage, the petitioner compelled the victim for sexual harassment.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.This Court is of the view that the allegations are serious in nature and it is unheard of society. Therefore, considering the

offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
