This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the first respondent police to take necessary steps and provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's company and his workers, based on the complaint, dated 14.07.2021, which is pending before the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent police issued notice to the petitioner and counter party, conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 29.07.2021.
